MNP #5: An interesting week for cable news

Last week, Fox News settled a defamation lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems for $787.5 million, the largest settlement ever in a defamation case. 

Then on Monday, the network let go of Tucker Carlson, one of the channel's highest-rated hosts. That same day, CNN fired longtime anchor Don Lemon. 

Also: 

• Manslaughter charges against Alec Baldwin were dropped as "Rust" began filming again in Montana.
• Joe Biden announces that he is running for a second term as President, and
• Disney files a First Amendment lawsuit against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.
