#52: Brutal violence continues over illegal marijuana in California

Six men were gunned down in the California desert in January in what authorities believe was a dispute tied to an illegal marijuana-growing operation.

Despite the fact that marijuana is legal for recreational use in California, violence like this continues to take place.

• A federal appeals court rejects Donald's Trump's argument that he's immune from being prosecuted for allegedly trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election due to -- presidential immunity. 
• The mother of a convicted school shooter is herself convicted of manslaughter for buying the gun that her son used to carry out the massacre.
